About Us

The Feriam team has been providing paranormal investigative services and protection in New England for over 20 years. Our team is comprised of like minded professionals - clergy, healthcare workers, and military veterans - dedicated experts whose careers demand meticulous attention to detail, independent investigation, and critical thinking. We have turned those skills and experience to paranormal research.

We pride ourselves in being objective and factual in our investigations. Our goal is to dis-prove paranormal encounters, because no home owner wants to hear they have to be afraid every night.

But when the mundane has to be ruled out, we have the experience to expel unwelcome intruders. When the banging and groaning sounds in the basement turn out to be more than old pipes, you want to get rid of the cause.

About the Call Signs

Feriam team members adopt a call sign to use during investigations. Like many practices at Feriam, this has both a professional and a paranormal explanation.

Professional:

Investigators use call signs to maintain separation between their paranormal work and their primary careers. This helps to protect their professional reputation, as involvement in paranormal research can sometimes be misunderstood or stigmatized. By using call signs, team members ensure their day jobs remain unaffected while still contributing their invaluable skills to helping those experiencing supernatural phenomena.

Paranormal:

Investigators also use call signs as an additional layer of spiritual protection. Across cultures and centuries of folklore, knowing a person’s true name would grant entities power over that individual; allowing them to influence, attach, or even possess them. By operating under call signs rather than real names, our team minimizes this potential vulnerability.

Meet the Team

Pigeon: Minister/ Exorcist

“Pigeon” is the founding member of the team. A Harvard graduate with multiple Masters degrees in theology, philosophy and psychology, Pigeon has been an ordained Christian Minister her entire adult life. For almost 30 years, she has conducted paranormal investigations. As a trauma and abuse counselor, she has seen some of the worst of what people can do. At the same time, she has seen the worst of the paranormal, having conducted dozens of exorcisms over the years. Pigeon is the spiritual core of the team and base of knowledge. Her ability to read all the languages the Bible and contemporary non-Canonical texts were written in is invaluable in researching paranormal lore.

Nugget: Medium

“Nugget” is the callsign of our Medium. She has been a sensitive all her life. By her own account, she was an adult before she realized other people were not seeing and hearing the things she was. While there is reason to be skeptical of individuals who claim to have extra-sensory abilities, Nugget has been invaluable to the team in investigations. Combined with her investigative experience, and her natural skepticism; her ability to sense the unseen is a true asset to our team.

Fern: Lead Investigator

“Fern” is the Lead Investigator of the team. Having served in the US Army counter-intel, her background and training are perfect for coordinating and organizing a paranormal investigation. Fern is the team’s go-to for data collection, witness interviews, and coordinating the team on site.

Mo-Mo: Social Worker & Witness Interviews

“Mo-Mo” is the nickname of our witness interview specialist. Which, as it turns out, is also the name of this creepy-pasta creature…and since Mo-Mo is a social worker by trade, the name stuck, along with the image of Mo-Mo looking like that and asking someone how they feel.

Jokes aside, because many paranormal encounters are stressful or traumatic, Mo-Mo’s experience as a trauma counselor is not only invaluable to the team, but to the people we investigate for.

Turtle: Research Investigator

“Turtle” is the team’s research specialist. He is the one who tracks down historical obituaries, looks up past sightings in the area, and researches local folklore. We do this to build a full picture of an investigation site.

As an RN, Turtle is also our team’s lead when it comes to documenting any physical symptoms being experienced by witnesses of suspected paranormal activity.

Our Mission

Abandoned fast food stand with broken windows and eerie fog – haunted location for paranormal investigations – Feriam Armory

Feriam Armory is dedicated to providing genuine paranormal investigative services for those in need. A haunting can be incredibly stressful. Even the most stalwart individuals will have their anxiety increase being woken up night after night by footsteps or banging doors when no-one else is home. Our team knows that hauntings and oppression do exist.

We take the possibility of it serious enough to conduct every investigation thoroughly and objectively. We also know that the individual account is as important as the physical evidence. Just like a good doctor will take into account how a patient feels; we listen to what you are seeing, hearing, and feeling. Not every haunting shows as a spooky voice on a youtube video. If a paranormal entity is causing disturbances, we are experienced and prepared to remove it from the property or person it is attached too.

We are also dedicated to providing real wards and tools to protect yourself and your home. We know the very real dangers posed by spiritual entities. Our store products are the wards and charms we have researched from folklore and spiritual practices around the world. It is what we use in investigating sites, and what we use to keep our own homes safe. If it doesn’t work, it will be pulled from the store.
